Excavation of the pond was completed on December 30, 1993 and the
survey was conducted January 4, 1994. As shown on the As-Built Map, the capacity of the existing
pond is both adequate and consistent with design requirements. However, a few minor changes are
required. A minor depression at the north end of the embankment needs to be raised approximately
0.4 feet to an elevation of 6352.4 feet, the invert of the emergency spillway also needs to be lowered
0.5 feet to an elevation of 6350.5 feet, and the invert of the principal spillway needs to be lowered
to an elevation of 6342.1 feet.
These changes should be complete by January 11, 1994. Upon completion of these changes and
following your review of the As-Built Map and receipt of any comments, a certified copy of the map
will be submitted by January 5, 1994. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or
require further information.
Sincerely,
TerraMatrix/ACZ Inc.
~ ~~/~
Thomas E.
