The <br />inspections were conducted by me and Frank Self, a qualified and certified impoundment <br />inspector. <br />The impounding structures are functioning as designed. None of the maintenance items <br />listed on the inspection reports represent a threat to the structural integrity of the dams <br />nor do they present a threat to the effectiveness of the drainage and sediment control <br />systems.
