The preferred method for restoring function to the Stoker Siding Pond Flume is to remove the growth of <br />cattails and sediment from the edge of Colowyo's Permit Boundary down-drainage to the confluence of <br />Wilson Creek approximately 200 feet from the flume. Obviously, permission would be obtained from Army <br />Corps of Engineers prior to any work taking place. <br />I have attached several photos that should give you a better understanding of the current condition of the flume <br />and the challenges that must be overcome in order to restore function. <br />Please contact me at (970) 824-1531 if you have any questions or concerns. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kurtis R.
