Classification: Recreational, Class 2, Aquatic Life, Class <br />2 (Warm), Agricultural Use <br />3. Numeric Standards: The standards which have been assigned in <br />accordance with the above classifications <br />can be found in 3.3.0 Classification and <br />Numeric Standards for the Upper Colorado <br />river Basin and North Platte River <br />(Planning Region 12), as amended March 1, <br />1992. It should be noted that this <br />facility does not discharge pollutants <br />which are limited by water quality <br />standards with the exception of pH. <br />B. Receiving Water Data <br />1. Stream Low Flow: Not Applicable; effluent limitations are not flow <br />based. <br />IV. FACILITY INFORMATION: <br />Sedimentation ponds, designed to contain the 10-year, 24-hour <br />precipitation even[, exist at the mine site. <br />Since the facility is currently inactive, any discharges from .he facility <br />should consist of surface runoff only. If discharge of mine water, prep <br />plant water, sanitary water or other non-surface runoff related water <br />becomes necessary, the Permittee will have to tecuest that an individual <br />NPDES permit be dratted prior =~ the occurrence of suet discharge, co <br />replace this general permit. <br />J. ANTIDEGRADATICN: <br />These are not reviewable waters pursuant to Section 3.1.3(3)(a) of the <br />Basic Standards and Methodologies for Surface water (SCCR 1002-2), 'oased <br />on a finding of no increased •.rater quality impact. <br />
