.; PART II Page 22 Permit No. COG-850000 B. RESPONSIBILITIES S. Modification Suspension or Revocation of Permits By the Division (continued) a) This permit may be modified, suspended or revoked during its term for reasons determined by the Division including but not limited to, the following: (i) Promulgation of Water Quality Standards applicable to waters affected by the permitted discharge; or (ii) Effluent limitations or other requirements applicable pursuant to the Stare Act or fedezal requirements; or (iii) Promulgation of toxic effluent standards or prohibitions (including any schedule of compliance specified in such effluent standard or prohibition} which are established under Section 307 of the Clean Water Act, where such a toxic pollutant is present in the discharge and such standard or prohibition is more stringent than any limitation Eor such pollutant in this permit; cr (iv) Control regulations promulgated. (b) A certification may be modified, suspended, or revoked in :Thole or in part during i s term for reasons determined Sy the Division including but not limited to, the following: (i) Violation of any terms or conditions of the permit; (ii) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation or failing to disclose any fact which is material to the granting or denial of a permit or co the establishment of terms or conditions of the permit; ar (iii) Materially false or inaccurate statements or information in the application for the permit; or (iv) Data submitted pursuant to Part I.B indicates a potential for violation of adopted Water Quality Standards or scream classifications. (c) The certification for the individual facility authorizing discharge under the general permit may be modified to allow _for a change in ownership or opezational control of a facility including addition, deactivation or relocation of discharge points where the Division determines no change in the general permit is necessary.
