CO 80222-1530 <br />SabjeN: Second Qurter 2003 Colorado Wastewater D'ncbaryte Monitoring Reports, <br />Permit No. CO-00321IS <br />Dear Ms. Lenkey: <br />Enclosed are Trapper Mine's Second Quarter 2003 Colorado Wastewater Discharge Monitoring Reports for the <br />period 4!01-03 di/30.'03. Dttring this yuurter, four NpDES outfalls were active. Outfall OOI discharged April <br />through the second wrxk in June. Outf'all 002 discharged routinely throughout the quarter. Outfall OI I discharged <br />(or two weeks in April and one in May. Outfall 020 discharged for two works in April and two wceks in May. <br />Outfalls 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010.012, 013, 014, O 15, O I6, 017, O 18, O 19, 021 and 023 did not discharge during <br />the quarter. Outfills 022 and 024 arc associated with sediment ponds that have not yet been conswctrd. No <br />discharges are reported for thew outfslLc. Values reported on the enclosed DMlts rtprxscnt the maximum (or <br />minimum ss applicable) monthlyJdsily values generated at each outfall during thr quarter. <br />Also enclosed are monthly NOM wrather summarirs for the reporting period and W l:'1' test report forms as <br />applicable. Outfalls 001, OI I, and 020 wero sampled for two species acute WET analyses during the quarter. A <br />single specirs acute test (P. pmmelas) was completed at outfall 002 in February ol'2003. Results for these outfall <br />WF.T uses arc included with this report. No exceedences of WGT test limitations weft observed at any tested <br />outfalls during thr applicable reporting prriods. <br />No excecdenccs o(priman efilucnt limitations a:curred during the quarter.
