Duncan, Jr. , by and ~°~~ <br />through his attorneys, i-Ioses, Wittemyer, Harrison and Woodruff, <br />P.C., and petitions the Court, pursuant to C.R.S. 1973 § 37- <br />92-304(10), to correct a clerical error in the Court's <br />Decree herein entered on July 23, 1974, and, in support of <br />said petition, states as follows: <br />1. On March 21, 1974, in Case No. W-2126-78, the <br />Water Referee for Water Division No. 5 awarded to the River- <br />bend ~:ffluent Pond a conditional water right for 97.5 acre- <br />feet of water, with appropriation date of June 1, 1973. <br />2. The Water Judge's signature confirming this Ruling <br />of the Referee and making it a Decree of the Court is dated <br />July 23, 1973. <br />3.
