Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections
were conducted by TMI on June 21st, June 22"d ,and June 26th , 2007.
Two ponds were reported discharging at the NPDES point at the time they were inspected. These ponds
include No Name No. SR, and Middle Flume No. 3 Pond. Dischazges were all minimal. Maintenance
required for twelve ponds was identified. These maintenance concerns were primarily resetting of
sediment mazkers of installation of identification signs, Oak Gulch Pond #1, and East Pyeatt #1 require
sediment cleanout from the pond.
