As such, it is not a classified water of the state and water quality <br />standards do not apply within Koll Ditch #3. Rather, water quality standards apply the point where <br />Koll Ditch#3 enters Trout Creek. <br />Based on Division general approaches, there are no discharges composed entirely of surface runoff <br />water evaluated in this assessment. This is because automatic discharges of surface nmoffwater will <br />not occur during periods ofcritical low flow as surface runoff water only occurs during precipitation <br />events, and any manual releases of surface runoff water discharges from ponds will be required to <br />meet the assimilative capacities set forth in this WQA.
