Thank you for the completeness of the report. <br />However, the current reference for quarterly inspections is Rule 4.05.9(17) [in lieu of your citation <br />of Rule 4.05.06(121)(b) in the referenced letter]. Note that the quarterly inspection need only, as a <br />minimum, address appeazance of structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. Your <br />attention is also drawn to Rule 4.05.9(15).
