(I-IGTI), please find enclosed the 1999 1~~ Quarter <br />Pond Inspection Reports for the Truck Loop Pond (OOlA) and the Rail Loop Pond (002A) at <br />HGTI's Hayden Gulch Loadout facility, Permit No. C-92-081. <br />Both inspection repots have been certified by a professional engineer. Condi[ions were normal <br />and no problems were observed. There were no observed discharges from either pond during the <br />quarter.
