E. Wastewater Treatment Description
No changes with the wns[ewnter treatment systems have occurred since the issuance ojthe previous permit. A!l
sanitary wastewaters at the sue are disposed of into septic tanks. The tanks are pumped periodically by septic
outlet and disposed of offsite.

A. Monitoring Data
!n the momhly submitted OMRs, the permiaee indicated that no discharge had occurred during 19SY1 and 1991
from Outfa[Ls 001 and 005. !n addition, the number of reporting periods vary jot each outfall due to the
monitoring exemptions at Outfallr 003 and 006 and the imamittent nature ojdischarges associated with storm
water runoff.
