Effluent Limitations (continued) <br />In the event of any exploration or other mining activity taking place in the <br />Carlton Tunnel or at a level underground that requires active pumping of water <br />out of the Carlton Tunnel, the permittee must notify the Division at least 45 <br />days prior to such activity commencing or ceasing.
