The permitlee should read, along with the documents <br />listed in Part LB ojthe permit, the Colarodo WaterQuality Control Division Biomonitorirtg Guidance <br />Document. dated July 1, 1993. This document outlines the eriteria used by the Division to such areas <br />as granting re(iejjrom WET testing, mod{jying teu methods and changing teu species. The perntittee <br />should be aware that same ojthe conditions outlined above may be subject to change jf the jaciGty <br />experiences a change in discharge, as outlined in Part /LA.1 ojthe permit.
