No.: Pond ~5 <br />Inspection Period: Third Quarter, 2005 <br />Inspection Date: September 30, 2005 <br />General Description or Refen:nce to Site Plan: <br />This sediment control pond lies north Est of the main faalities area. All drainage from the <br />redaimetl mine faatities area is directed to th~ pond. The primary discharge gate has heart disabled <br />in the open posfion, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-through" facility. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />7 ). Adequacy of the vegetative cover. <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
