Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through October 31, 2001, the petminee is authorized <br />to dischazge from outfalls 007, 010, 012, 013 and 014 -the surface runoff outfalls; outfall 011 -the Sanborn Creek Mine <br />mine water ou[fall; and outfall 015 -the Elk Creek Mine trine water outfall; to the North Fork of the Gunnison River, <br />Hubbazd Creek, Sanborn Creek and Elk Creek. <br />In accordance with the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4 (5 <br />CCR 1002-62), and the Colorado Dischazge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), (5 CCR 1002-61), the permitted <br />dischazge shall not contain effluent paameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or <br />exceed the flow limitation, where specified. <br />(a) Outfalls 007. 010. 012. 013 and 014 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Discharee Limitations <br />30.Dav Ave Daily Max <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/Q <br />Total Iron, mg/Q <br />Outfalls 007, 010 <br />Outfalls 012, 013, 014 <br />Settleable Solids, mQ/Q <br />Oil and Grease, mg/¢ <br />pH, s.u.
