Permit Changes <br />As a result of this amendment to add new outfal[ 015, the following changes to the permit will occur <br />1) Part I.A.I. (c) will be added to page 4 to indicate the effluent limitations for outfall 015; <br />2) Pans 1.A.2. through I.A.4. will be moved back to make room for new Part I.A.1. (c); <br />3) Parr I.A.S., which will contain chronic WET requirements for outfa110I5, will be added after Pan /.A.4.; <br />4) Parr I.B.I. (c) will be added ro indicate the monitoring requirements for outfa11015; <br />S) Current Part I.B.I. (c), Oil and Grease Monitoring, will be renumbered as Pan I.B.l. (d); <br />6) Part I.B.2. will be added to indicate six-lime monitoring far new outfall 015. <br />Current permit pages affected 6y this amendment are 1, 2 (fable of Contems), 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, I9 (Figure 1), and <br />20 (Figure 2). New pages added are 8a, 86. 8c and 8d. <br />D. Regulation Changes <br />Since this permit was issued in 1996, the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission has renumbered the state <br />water quality regulations. They are now all in the same section. References to the regulations in the current permit <br />are incorrect. The references in the amended pages will be corrected in this amendment. <br />Jon C.
