Analytical and Samnline Methods for Monitorine <br />Analytical and sampling methods utilized by the discharger shai_ <br />conform co Colorado Regulations for Effluent Limitations (10.1.5), ar.d <br />40 GPR Part 136. <br />The analytical method selected for a parameter shall be the one chat <br />can measure the Lowest detected limit for that parameter unless the <br />permit limitation or scream standard for chose parameters not limited. <br />is withir. the testing range of another approved method. <br />Calculations for all limitations which require averaging of <br />measurements shall utilize an arithmetic mean '1R12s5 ocherrise <br />specified. <br />4. Those records <br />shall include the following; <br />a) The date, type, exact location, and time of sampling or <br />me asuremen l's; <br />b) The individual(s) who performed the sampling or measurements: <br />c) The riace(s) the analyses -:ere perfcrmed; <br />d) The individual(s) •aho per°_ormed rite analyses; <br />e) The analytical techniques or methods used; <br />f) The results of such analyses; and <br />g) Any ocher observations which may result in an impact on the <br />quality or quantity of tie discharge as indicatad in 40 CcR <br />122.44 (i)(1)(iii). <br />The permittee shall retain for a minimum of thr=_e !3) years records of <br />all monitoring information, including all records of analyses <br />performed, all original str`_p char= recordings for conc'_auous <br />monitoring instrumencacicn, ail calibration and maincaaance records, <br />copies of all reports required by this permit and records of all data <br />used co comp lece the application _for tiffs permit. This period of <br />retention shall be extended during the course of any ~inresolved <br />litigation regarding the discharge o[ pollutants by the ?ermittee or <br />when _eauescad by the Division or 3egionai .?aministracor of cPA. <br />5.
