Remarks or additional information. The total. amount of concrete to be placed in the creek for each weir will be approximate 11.5 yd3.. The weirs will have fish ladders on the lower side in order to facilitate fis mi rat ion .in the creeks. Supplimental Information for Section 404 Permit Application 1. Since the weirs are small and designed only for average flow, there will be no im- ac[ on the 100 year floodplain and floodway. If a 100 year event occurs, the weirs ill be inundated and will not affect the course of the water. 2. Approximately .O1 acres of wetland will be impacted or a total of .04 acres for all four weirs. 3. Approximately 46.0 cubic yards of concrete will be used for permanent fill and 120 yd3 of alluvial material will be used for temnornry fill, for all four weirs. 4. At the end of the mines useful life, all of the weirs will be removed in their entirety. 15. Application is hereby made for a permit or permits to authorize the acli vi lies described herein.
