The weirs will have fish ladders on the lower side in order to facilitate fis <br />mi rat ion .in the creeks. <br />Supplimental Information for Section 404 Permit Application <br />1. Since the weirs are small and designed only for average flow, there will be no im- <br />ac[ on the 100 year floodplain and floodway. If a 100 year event occurs, the weirs <br />ill be inundated and will not affect the course of the water. <br />2. Approximately .O1 acres of wetland will be impacted or a total of .04 acres for all <br />four weirs. <br />3. Approximately 46.0 cubic yards of concrete will be used for permanent fill and 120 <br />yd3 of alluvial material will be used for temnornry fill, for all four weirs. <br />4. At the end of the mines useful life, all of the weirs will be removed in their <br />entirety. <br />15.
