All <br />impoundment inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. <br />Inspections took place on November 8`l', November 9s', December 26s' and December <br />27 . <br />During the fourth quarter inspection, the following maintenance items were noted. <br />Johnson #7 -replace the identification sign <br />Industrial Waste Pond - install an identification sign <br />Deal Gulch -install identification sign <br />Sage #2, reset sediment mazker <br />At this time, none of the maintenance items represent a hazard to the integrity of the <br />drainage and sediment control system. All ponds are functioning as designed. <br />Maintenance items will be addressed in the second quarter of 2007, weather permitting. <br />Contact me if you have any questions or need more information. <br />lames M.
