Permit
C-81-071
Enclosed for your reference please find the SEDCAD sizing run for the above referenced
diversion. This temporary diversion was cut in response to some minor downslope erosion in
Area 51, as allowed in the current permit. The enclosed sizing is for the 5 year/24 hour rainfall
event, which is extremely conservative given that the 2 year/24 hour event meets the sizing
requirements of the current regulations. Please note that the enclosed sizing does not include
the required 0.3 feet of freeboard.
The current diversion in place exceeds the ditch sizing requvements with freeboard included.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Marcus A.
