Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s First Quarter 2004 Colorado Wastewater Dischazge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's First quarter 2004 DMRs were received by the Division, on April 12, 2004. <br />The reports cover the time period from January 1, 2004 through March 31, 2004. Timely submittal of <br />these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Five outfalls dischazged during First quarter 2004. Outfalls 002 and 020 discharged throughout the <br />quarter. Outfalls 001, 021 and 023 dischazged for a portion of the quarter. No reported pazameters were <br />found to be in excess of CPDS standazds for the ponds that discharged. WET tests were conducted for <br />outfalls 001, 002, 020 and 023. No exceedences were reported for outfalls 002, 020 or 023. WET test <br />results for outfa11002 were not submitted with the first quarter 2004 report, TMI submitted the outfall <br />002 first quarter 2004 results with the second quarter 2004 packet.
