No permit excursions were noted for this period. Note that Outtalls 002A and 007A only flowed <br />during the last two weeks of the period. Outfalls 003A, 005A, and OO6A flowed each week of the period. <br />Quarterly Whole EfBuent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted for Outtall 005W in February, and for Outtall 007W in March. <br />Both tests indicated that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival. <br />Outfalls 004A, OOBA, and 009A did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Outfall 020A/020W <br />has not been constructed yet. Note that ponds A (Outtall 001A and OO1W), and H (Outtall OOtA) have been deactivated <br />following bond release, and have been removed from the newly amended permit, effective January 1, 2003. In order to <br />reduce the amount of paper work, the following certifica0on will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outtalls, <br />1 certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
