Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natu21 Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for second <br />quarter 2005, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, on <br />August 2, 2005. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for second quarter 2005. <br />Outfalls 003A and 022A dischazged during Second quarter 2005. None of the reported parameters were <br />found to be outside of CPDS permit limits. CPDS WET Tests need to be conducted once per twelve month <br />time period. WET Tests were conducted during second quarter 2005 for outfalls 003X and 002X. Both <br />outfall samples met the WET toxicity limits for second quarter 2005.
