12
• 2.0 GROUNDWATER WELL HISTORIES, COMPLETIONS AND
DATA SUMMARY TABLES
Information presented in this section is organized by well and includes three
principal classifications within each well grouping.
The first information presented for each well, is a two-page data summary table
that presents the water quality results of all samples, including duplicates and
quality assurance/quality control analytical data, collected from that particular
well during the period from July 1, 1999 through October 31, 1999. Also
included in these tables are the EPA Method reference number and the
numerical standards assigned to each constituent. Well 19-3 was dry during the
report period therefore the data summary table is not included for this monitoring
location at this time.
r1
LJ
Following each data summary table is an abridged well history summary. The
history summary typically includes general data on the location, coordinates,
elevations and drilling dates for the well followed by a table of stratigraphic
markers and well drilling and completion information. Also included in the
historical summary is data relevant to development of the well and sampling
information.
Immediately following each history of the well is a completion diagram that
provides detail on items presented in the history summary in a schematic picture
form.
The wells are generally grouped according to stratigraphic marker completion
beginning with the alluvial wells, the Uinta Formation wells, the A Groove wells,
• the 8 Groove wells and the Dissolution Surface wells.
