No ponds dischazged during the month of October 2005. The
Division has one question regarding these reports.
The final DMR sheet in the submittal is labeled for outfa11019A. The
discharge permit, however, does not list any outfall 019A (the last discharge
point in the CDPS is 018A). Additionally, there is no DMR sheet for outfall
018A, the water treatment plant pond. It is possible that the DMR sheet from
CDPHE is mislabeled (019A instead of 018A). Please investigate this
discrepancy and follow-up with the Division.
Please call me if you have any questions or concerns at (303) 866-4929.
Sincerely,
James R Stazk
Environmental Protection Specialist
Office of 0f8ce of Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey
