A qualified <br />inspector conducted the inspections and I have reviewed all results. <br />The ponds were inspected during June 1999 and deficiencies were noted on the attached <br />inspection forms. Only minor deficiencies were noted and no conditions exist that affect the <br />structural integrity or functional capabilities of the ponds. Since the time of the inspections, <br />several of the deficiencies, such as the reinstallation of sediment mazkers in West Pyeatt and <br />Middle Flume, and the reinstallation of all noted I.D. mazkers, have been corrected. <br />Please call if you have any questions or need additional information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Raymond G.
