The holes were exposed <br />because the mine was pertorming maintenance on the line because it had <br />noticed seepage north of the outlet valve on the pdmary spillway. <br />Minor flow not considered a reportable discharge. <br />Clean sediment in front of office silt fence. • ~ • ~.~+~ <br />_~.n0 REr;,, <br />P.
