If the recommendations listed below are followed, <br />the bald eagles will most likely continue using the two sites and overall <br />impacts to wildlife will be minor. <br />Reclamation/Mitigation Recommendations: (May be attached} <br />1. A berm 150-200' should be left between the pit and the river to provide <br />a buffer zone to reduce disturbance to the eagles. <br />2. No cottonwood trees should be removed in this buffer zone. Any cotton- <br />woods removed outside this zone should be replaced on a l:l basis. <br />I • <br />3.
