T <br />Fo:Llowing the public comment period and the public meeting, if <br />onta is held, the Department will issue or deny the final permit. <br />Interested parties then have thirty (30) clays to request an <br />ad_iudicatory hearing on the permit. <br />Further Information: The draft permit is available for <br />inspection at your County Commissioner's Office and County Health <br />DeF~artment, or can be obtained by writing to the Division at the <br />above address and paying a small charge peer page for copying <br />fees. Interested parties may also contact the Water Quality <br />Control Division's District Engineer for the district in which <br />the discharge is located. <br />Material Iniurv to Water Richts: In accordance with C.R.S. <br />25-8-104 (2) (d) (1989), any person who believes that any actions <br />proposed in this notice have the potential to cause material <br />injury to a water right is advised to contact the Division, in <br />writing by AuCUSt 5, 1996.
