(Colowyo); CDPS No. CO-00045161 First Quarter 2002 DMR
Dear Ms. Wolf,
Thank you for the copies of the 1st Quarter 2002 Industrial Discharge Monitoring Reports
(DMR) submitted under your letter of April 9, 2002, subject as above, to the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The Division of Minerals and Geology
(Division) notes the self-reported exceedences at Outfa11004a, the Gulch A Pond. Although
there were exceedences in Total Suspended Solids and Total Iron, Settleable Solids were within
permit limitations. This indicates that the discharges were likely within the design criteria
(Division) of the pond.
As we discussed this morning by telephone, the Division also notes that the DMR for Discharge
Point 004A had not been completely filled out.
Yours truly,
~ ~ ~a~
Byrofi G.
