Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for fourth <br />quarter 2004, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, <br />on January 28, 2005. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for the monitoring period of <br />October 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004. <br />Outfalls 003A and 022A discharged during fourth quarter 2004. None of the reported parameters were <br />found to be outside of CPDS permit limits. CPDS WET Tests are conducted annually instead of <br />quarterly. The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
