The as-built haul road location, and the horizontal and vertical alignment is shown on Exhibit 13-21.1A. <br />• The road width is adequate for the anticipated volume of traffic. <br />Density tests and proctors were taken to ensure proper compaction of all fill areas. These test results <br />can be found in Addendum I-1. All fill was placed in accordance with specifications found in Tab 13 of <br />the approved permit. The road structure appears to be stable, evidencing no indications of cracks, <br />deep rutting, settlement, or slope instability. Side cut slopes are 1.5H:IV or flatter and cut slope <br />stability is not a problem at this time. The fill slopes were constructed at a slope of 2H:IV or less <br />which should cause no stability problems. <br />The as-built drawing replaced the design drawing. <br />To the best of my knowledge and belief, field adjustments made during the construction of the <br />structure are in conformance with the Rules and Regulations and the intent of the approved design <br />plans ands as approved by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br />JUN 2 7 2001 <br />.
