•
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. A. Legal description:
. Page 4
Delete this line: Surface Facilities and dump 0.43 acres SW} of
NW} of Section 30.
Delete: "1.24 acres" in the IJE} of NE} of Section 25 and insert
"1.65 acres".
Delete: "9.74 total acres" and insert "9.69 total acres".
2. A. Reclamation plan: Cribbing has been added to the map in Exhibit C-2.
There are two alternatives to the question of what to do with this
cribbing in the reclamation plan: Leaving it up and grading the waste
dump into the bench to the east which the cribbing helps retain, or
taking it down before grading which may increase erosion oP the bench
area. Either method is possible and the Bureau oP Land Management has
not said how they would like it done. Perhaps the Board would care to
comment, iP in fact this is a major point in the reclamation plan.
However, according to the D.O.E. lease, recommendations by the Bureau
of Land Management must be followed in all reclamation matters.
B. Enclosed is a copy of the portion of the lease stipulating that pre-
existing roads remain intact.
