<br />(d) Where irrigation ditches cross or adjoin rho land proposed to be developed, adequate <br />provisions shall be made to insure that the use of such ditches, including the maintenance <br />thereof, can contimre unintemtpted. Ditch rights of way shell not be interfered with and a <br />maintenance easement of ei least twenty-five (25) feet from the edges of the ditch banks shall be <br />preserved.
