<br />r <br />• • <br />2.3.2(2)(a> At the informal conference, each person <br />objecting to the approval of the application set forth the <br />grounds for the objection. Similarly, the applicant, and any <br />other person supporting the issuance of the application, shall <br />present the grounds necessary to support the issuance of the <br />application. <br />(b) Any interested person may participate in the <br />informal conference by submitting a written brief presenting his <br />position or by appearing in person. <br />(c) Any issue raised orally, that was not <br />previously submitted fn writing, by any party at the informal <br />conference shall be submitted in writing to the Division by such <br />party within 5 days after the informal conference. <br />(d) The parties to a subsequent hearing before the <br />Board may not present any claim supporting the approval or <br />denial of the application unless such claim was first presented <br />to the Division at the informal conference. The Board, or its <br />designated pre-hearing conference officer, may, in its <br />discretion, grant an exception to this provision for good cause <br />shown. <br />(e) The Division shall send notice of the date, <br />time and place of the informal conference to: <br />(i) the applicant, <br />(ii) ali persons that submitted timely <br />statements or objections, <br />(iii) The local board of county commiissioners <br />and board of supervisors of the applicable soil conservation <br />district. <br />
