2.03.11 Location of Public Office for filing of Application <br />Paonia Public Library <br />140 Grand Avenue <br />Paonia, CO 81428 <br />2.03.12 Newspaper Advertisement and Proof of Publication <br />The following is the form of the newspaper <br />advertisement used for revisions to the permit: <br />Public Notice <br />Bowie Resources LTD., P.O. Box 1488, Paonia, CO, 81428, <br />has submitted an application for a Technical Revision <br />to the Division of Minerals and Geology, "Division,", <br />for its mining permit No. C-81-038. The proposed <br />revision will ---------- --------- ---------- <br />---------- into the permit. The Bowie No. 1 Mine <br />is located about two miles north of Paonia, CO, off of <br />the Stevens Gulch Road. The lands to be affected by <br />this revision are located in the S'-4SEn Section 24, <br />Township 13 South, Range 92 West, 6th P.M. <br />The above mentioned tracts of land are shown on the <br />U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Gray Reservoir, <br />Colorado, quadrangle map. A copy of the proposed <br />technical revision is available for public inspection <br />at the Paonia Public Library, 140 Grand Avenue, Paonia, <br />CO and at the offices of the Division.
