Mr. Jerry White <br />Larimer County Planning Division <br />April 25, 1995 <br />Page 9 <br />Plans for Minimizing Dust and Noise Pollution <br />Connell will maintain their current practices to control dust and noise pollution. <br />To minimize dust pollution, all roads and other exposed azeas will be watered down as needed <br />using water trucks. Dust control whll be regulated by a Colorado Air Pollution Emission <br />Notification Permit (ADEN). Connell will be responsible for obtaining and complying with <br />guidelines set by this permit. To minimize noise pollution, heavy equipment will be operated <br />primarily during daylight hours. <br />Explanation of any Associated Processing <br />Connell Resource uses processing equipment commonly used by most sand and gravel mining <br />operations. This includes crushers, screens, wash plant, and conveyors.
