EXHIBIT J <br />VEGETATION INFORMATION <br />The following vegetation information was gathered from the Soil Survev of Lorimer County Area, <br />Colorado, December 1980, United States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service <br />(SCS), Fort Collins, CO. <br />The soils in this area are suitable for irrigated agriculture, such as corn, sugaz beets, beans, wheat, <br />barely, and alfalfa. It is suited for bazley and wheat under dryland management. It is also good <br />pasture and supports native grasses. <br />The upland pasture areas contain mainly Canada and Kentucky bluegrass and saltgrass. <br />The site also contains wet meadow plant species in .95 acres of wetland areas where over <br />irrigation has occurred (see Exhibit G-]). <br />15 <br />
