LARIMER COUNTY PLANNING <br />CONCEPT TECHNICAL REVIEW <br />APPLICATION FOR <br />-6PECIAL REVIEW OR REZONING <br />1. APPLICATION AND REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />• The applicant must wasult with the Planning Staff of Latimer County Prior to filing this application. <br />Submiaa] deadlines and meeting dales are indicated in this packet <br />• An application must be submitted prior to 12:00 noon on the submittal day or it will not be accepted. <br />Submittal days are published annually by the Planning Department. <br />• All applicatioru must be comolete. Any application which is not complete will not be accepted, <br />processed, or scheduled for review. If all of the items listed below are not included in the application , we <br />will request that you pick up your application materials. Late materials will not be accepted <br />• Wonnation submitted for CTR must remain in the CTR file and will not be re-used for future <br />applicatioru. Applicants should make necessary copies for personal records prior to submittal. <br />• Concept Technical Review (CI'R) does not result in approval or denial of a pmject. The purpose is to <br />give the applicant feedback on what planning issues and technical requirements muss be addressed if the <br />formal application is subsequently submitted. CTR also allows review agencies an earl y opportunity to <br />examine a pmject and wort: with the applicant to resolve technical issues. <br />• The application is reviewed by Latimer County stall and other interested agencies. A repon is prepared <br />by the staff to assist the applicant in developing the formal zoning application. It may also be reviewed <br />by any municipality which is within Itrree miles of the subject property. <br />• After Concept Technical Review, a formal application must be submitted for coruideration by the <br />Latimer County Planning Commission and Itte Board o(County Commissioners. Unless a waiver is <br />granted by the Zoning Administrator, every project must proceed through Concept Technical Review <br />before a formal application can be accepted <br />II. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: <br />The following MUST be submitted (30 copies of each unless otherwise noted): <br />XX L. Plan Doarmenl Thirty (30) copies of the plan. The scale must be 1"= 100'. minimum <br />scale is 1"=200'. ALL PLANS MUST BE FOLDED to fit inside of a 9" x 12" <br />envelope. The drawing must show the total property. This plan must include Ute <br />Following information on the actual plan document (not as supplemental information): <br />XX A. Features of the property both existing and proposed structures, buildings, roads, <br />parking, and all natural or man-made features. <br />XX B Access to the site clearly shown and labeled (such as County Road _, State <br />Highway-, Access Easement etc.) Right-of-way widths should be shown <br />XX C Vicinity Map showing natural and manmade features for the site and the <br />surrounding area in a one mile radius. LABEL ALL ROADS. Stale should be 1" <br />=2000' or similar. A County Zoning Map or USGS is acceptable. <br />~ D. Miscellaneous items to be shown on the plat: <br />X~ 1.
