Dear Mr. Sandoval:
In response to your telephone inquiry of June 20, 1989, I am enclosing an
application for "Request for Transfer of Approved Mineral Application and
Succession of Permit Operator". I am also enclosing several different
"Financ:ial Warranty Forms" and a "Performance Warranty" form.
It should be noted that this permit application was approved by the Mined Land
Reclamation Board on January 25, 1969, but was never issued because a
financial warranty in the amount of £186,700.00 and a performance warranty
were never received. Therefore, no mining activities should be taking place
at this time.
