Due to poor access and potential disturbance
on the reclaimed area during the spring season, Colowyo proposed to reinstate the
well later this Summer.
As soon as proposals are received for various drilling methods and
completion designs, Colowyo will evaluate the proposals. Prior to initiating any
action in the field, Colowyo will consult with the Division for concurrance on the
proposed methods to be incorporated.
Sincerely,
COLOWYO COAL COMPANY
/~ `~
Ed Moyer
Geologist/Reclamation Specialist
ETM/yml
cc: R.G.
