• COLLECTION DITCH C <br />Collection ditch "C" is the ditch that collects flow on the <br />west side of the haul road and the north side of the <br />gravel road that leads to the bathhouse shop area. This <br />ditch collects run-off from drainage areas I & 2. The required <br />peak flow for this ditch is taken from the culvert sizing <br />calculation on the following pages. With a freeboard of 0.3~ <br />the total depth of collection ditch "C" is 1.000 feet. <br />The flow velocity is slow enough that erosion should not be a <br />problem.
