On the other hand, the 2 first <br />' industries mentioned above, have the highest rates of decline between 1997 and 1998 <br /> (189 and 26 employees, respectively) in Teller County. Hotels And Other Lodging <br />t Places, and Food Stores present the highest growth rates between 1997 and 1998 (77% <br /> and 57%, respectively). <br /> 3.1.3.3.3 Divide Region <br /> In the Divide region, where the proposed project is located, growth is a result of the <br />' relatively low cost of land when compared with Woodland Pazk; water and water rights <br /> availability; and water quality/sewer treatment facilities. A plan to relocate county <br /> offices from Cripple Creek to Divide has been approved. <br />' The proposed project site is located on the east side of the Highway 67, 100 feet south <br /> and opposite to the entrance to the Mueller State Park. Adjacent property owners <br />' include: Pike National Forest (USDA-Forest Service), Mueller State Park, First <br />t Hydrosphere Resource Consultants, 1002 Walnut Sutte 200, Boulder, CO 80302 <br />
