The following <br />' list identifies other agencies, permits and approvals that may be required depending upon <br /> what speci£tc development alternative is authorized and on the regulatory processes in <br /> effect at the time of construction. While the Forest Service does not assume any <br />' responsibility for the enforcement of laws and regulations of otherjurisdictions, Forest <br /> Service special use regulations require that permittees comply with other applicable <br />' federal, state and local regulations. <br /> • Colorado Department ofTransportation -Highway access permit. <br /> • U.S. Forest Service -Under PK Enterprise's Special Use Permit for the gravel pit, all <br /> construction plans must be reviewed and approved by the Forest Service and must <br />' meet NEPA compliance requirements. <br /> • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - A Clean Water Act (PL 92-500 as amended) <br />' Section 404, Dredge and Fill Permit is required prior to the dischazge of any dredged <br />or fill material into waters of the United States <br /> . <br />' • U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service -Compliance with Section 7 of the Endangered <br />Species Act of 1973 (PL 93-205 as amended) required consultation with the Fish and <br /> Wildlife Service and completion of a Biological Assessment. <br />' • Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality <br /> Control Division - Preparation of a Stormwater Management Plan for any <br /> stormwater dischazges associated with construction activities is required prior to <br />' construction.
