and reclamation, at or neaz Section 23, Township 36N, Range iSW, 10th Prime Meridian, in Montezuma County. Please
be advised that the permit azea may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The application decision
is scheduled for May I, 2006.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Montezuma County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of
the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
