.~ <br />As material is excavated it will be processed using a crusher. <br />This crushing will be performed every two to four years and last <br />approximately one month. Further processing will consist either of <br />washing the crushed rock to obtain concrete aggregates, or mixing <br />the crushed rock with asphaltic cement to produce hot bituminous <br />pavement. Approximately eight of the eleven acres south of the <br />county road have been mined to some degree. Future mining will <br />be within the shon•n affected area and begin with excavation of <br />approximately one acre i^ the SE corner and then proceed west <br />through the present stockpile area to the existing pond. This <br />mining will be done in five to ten foot lifts and average 5,000 <br />c.y./year. Only that area south of the county road will be mined <br />with a maximum depth of excavation to be approximately twenty feet. <br />
