<br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date of the permit, the permittee is
<br />authorized to discharge from Outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, OIQ Ol I, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, and 017. Also,
<br />monitoring requirements for Outfalls MN02, MN03, MN04, MNOS, MN06, MN08, MN09, MN10, MNI I, MN12, MN13,
<br />MN 14, MN I S, MN16 and MN 17 have been added. These MN Ou[falls correspond to the locations of the original outfalls,
<br />Outfall 002 and MN02, Outfall 003 and MN03 and so forth. WET testing requirements are limited under separate outfalls, as
<br />documented in the following tables.
<br />In accordance with the Water Quality Controi Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the
<br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain
<br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow
<br />limitation.
