Box 1773 <br />Durango, Colorado 81302 <br />Re: File No. M-86-165, Willow Bend Pit <br />Continuance Notice <br />Dear Mr. Dillon: <br />I am pleased to inform you that on February 25, 1487, the Colorad Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board approved your request for a continuance of cons de ration of <br />the Willow Bend Pit permit application until the March 25-26, 198 Board <br />Meeting. <br />Prior to this meeting you must provide me with the following info ation so <br />that your application meets all of the applicable requirement of .R. S. <br />34-33-101 et seq. and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mi ed Land <br />Reclamation Bow: <br />1. Response to adequacy concerns dated February 10, 1987; <br />2. Proof of public notice of filing; <br />3, Proof of mailing of notice of filing to all owners of reco d of surface <br />rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land; <br />4, Statement of filing of a copy of the permit application fo public <br />review with the County Clerk and Recorder; <br />5, Proof of County approval. <br />Additionally, we have received a letter of protest from Mr. Monte Waller of <br />Durango; this letter was forwarded to you for comment previously. We have <br />also received a letter of protest from Larry Simmons, Shelby Dead rick and <br />Kathryn Deadrick.
