Division Director <br />Cralg,CO 81626 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Trapper Mine, C-81-010, Fourth Quarter 2004 DMR Review <br />Dear Mr. Self: <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining [nc.'s Fourth Quarter 2004 Colorado Wastewater Discharge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's fourth quarter 2004 DMRs were received by the Division, on January 31, 2005. <br />The reports cover the time period from October 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004. Timely submittal of <br />these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Two outfalls discharged during fourth quarter 2004. Outfalls 002 and 021 discharged during fourth <br />quarter. No reported parameters were found to be in excess of CPDS standards for the ponds that <br />discharged. WET tests were conducted for outfall 021. No WET test was submitted for Outfall 002. No <br />exceedences were reported for either outfall.
